1. Assist the MEAL Team Leader in implementing monitoring and evaluation activities for the field program.2. Assist in reviewing MEAL plans and populating the MEAL Activity Tracker with planned activities.3. Assist in planning and conducting field-level data collection and analysis using various techniques.4. Conduct training and supervision of enumerator teams and ensure questionnaire reliability and consistency.5. Support the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and compile reports for program development.6. Compile, sort, and analyze information from field visits and produce reports.6. Improve Monitoring and Evaluation department processes and procedures.7. Contribute to the development of case studies, success stories, and lessons learned reports.8. Assist in implementing accountability activities for the field program.9. Assist in updating the MEAL Master indicator sheet in coordination with the MEAL team.10. Assist the Team Leader in inputting donor reports based on collected data.11. Conduct field visits to collect information and observe program activities.12. Collect complaints and feedback if required, through manning the Hotline.13. Maintain up-to-date databases and records on beneficiaries and activity delivery.14. Perform data entry, cleaning, and analysis in program databases and ODK systems.15. Provide regular reports and data to the MEAL Manager/Team Leader and program teams.16. Ensure reports are properly placed in the designated OneDrive folder and circulated.17. Conduct duties in accordance with DRC Iraq program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).18. Conduct duties in accordance with DRC Code of Conduct.19. Ensure compliance with DRC AGD policy and programmatic minimum standards.20. Ensure compliance with the zero-tolerance to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse policy.21. Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager

Iraq

1. Assist the economic recovery team in networking with stakeholders such as local authorities, NGOs, and training centers.2. Communicate and mobilize for livelihood projects with target communities according to DRC SOPs and project objectives.3. Identify, register, and select beneficiaries for livelihood projects.4. Collect beneficiary data and conduct livelihood counseling in line with DRC selection criteria and processes.5. Implement livelihood projects in the field following DRC procedures.6. Assist and lead relevant livelihood training courses for beneficiaries, including life skills, business management, employability, language skills, and savings and loans training.7. Implement various livelihood activities such as business grants, job placement, small loans groups, market linkage activities, community awareness, and stakeholder capacity building.8. Conduct daily project site visits and write reports accordingly.9. Ensure proper documentation and filing of beneficiary information for all livelihood activities.10. Engage local stakeholders and contribute to local capacity development for long-term sustainability.11. Commit to continuous learning and self-development.12. Conduct duties in accordance with DRC Iraq Programme SOPs.13. Adhere to the DRC Code of Conduct, zero-tolerance policy for Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, and humanitarian principles.14. Contribute to the integration of Protection and Age, Gender, Diversity (AGD) mainstreaming into DRC programming.15. Undertake any other duties assigned by the Line Manager, including logistics, procurement, and finance requirements.
