-Analysis all electrical designs and systems and produced high-quality, accurate, and consistent drawings and making effective solutions that grow revenue and profitability through expanding both the target market and our market share in the Jordan.-Collect and prepare data information and perform engineering calculations and develop technical specifications and data sheets while assisting with preparation of project reports.-Providing sound management judgment and advice & technical support activities to support the growth, modernization, and maintenance in a professional and organized manner.-Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot complex problems for Installation and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner and proactively take measures to stabilize, improve the process and increase the efficiency of the company.-Act as the point of authority for complex engineering problems.-Oversee and assure the implementation of the design working with development teams and other design team members.-Ensure that the design meets key requirements and will allow operational and through-life scenarios to meet the customer’s needs.-Own and manage technical and solution risks as well as working to reduce and mitigate them.-Lead estimation efforts to rapidly develop an understanding of potential costs and delivery timescales.-Retain overall ownership of solution through delivery and transition into operation.-Establish policy and strategy for the selection of systems engineering approaches, promoting the discipline to ensure consistency.-Provide strategic direction, manage client expectations in line with the overall Petra Engineering Industries company’s vision.
