I am a passionate advocate for social justice, an experienced strategic policy and operational management professional. I specialise in the successful delivery of socially impactful programs based on community need and aligned with funding body requirements. Additionally, I have more than 12 years’ experience working, in the government, private and not for profit sectors, with a diverse range of demographics including families, young people, adults, refugees, asylum seekers and those affected by other vulnerabilities.I have proven capability across a range of areas including community development, planning, project management and delivery, program development, review and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning as well as staff management.I have successfully managed multiple programs from varied funding bodies including federal and state government departments, local governments, philanthropies as well as fee for service social enterprises. I have demonstrated my project coordination, partnership development and management skills through various innovative projects, partnerships, and programs.I use a person centred, strengths and solutions focused approach in developing and managing high performing teams. My experience in developing strategic solutions through big picture thinking has resulted in improved strategic and systemic initiatives.
