• Ensuring product availability in all WHs as per the Production & sales requirements by implementing the Daily Picking & shipping plan from the outsourcing WH to Factories and to Customers.• Distribute the products for Retail based on them Stocks availability and Special Orders.• Leading the warehouses & Distribution team in all activities [Receiving, Issuance, Dispatching and Storing] and Ensuring that paperwork, policies and procedures are followed.• Scheduling and coordinating deliveries to Partner and Customers as per schedule which are agreed.• Prepares physical inventory schedule and audits the count in warehouses and obtain necessary approval on results.• Responsible for ensuring that warehouses are healthy and safety for products, employee and equipment.• Managing 4 warehouses(1 WH in Alex and 3 WHs in Cairo 6th October) with storage area of 12,000 M2 with a total man power of 60 employees.

• Responsible for all warehouses in Egypt, and their logistics activity. • Directs and plans warehousing activities for distribution establishment. • Setting warehouse and distribution KPI’s for continues improvement and development • Establishes strategic direction for warehousing and distribution activities of the organization. • Develops and implements operational procedures for and monitors activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of finish goods, and keeping warehouse inventory current.• Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other activities, such as sales, records control, and purchasing through the supply chain sector. • Reviews and monitors department reports, records, and documentation and determines necessary changes for overall department improvement and efficiency • Directs salvage of damaged. Provides department budget recommendations and establishes controls to assure optimum deployment of resources within approved budget.
