• Ensuring product availability in all WHs as per the Production & sales requirements by implementing the Daily Picking & shipping plan from the outsourcing WH to Factories and to Customers.
• Distribute the products for Retail based on them Stocks availability and Special Orders.
• Leading the warehouses & Distribution team in all activities [Receiving, Issuance, Dispatching and Storing] and Ensuring that paperwork, policies and procedures are followed.
• Scheduling and coordinating deliveries to Partner and Customers as per schedule which are agreed.
• Prepares physical inventory schedule and audits the count in warehouses and obtain necessary approval on results.
• Responsible for ensuring that warehouses are healthy and safety for products, employee and equipment.

• Responsible for all warehouses in Egypt, and their logistics activity.
• Directs and plans warehousing activities for distribution establishment.
• Setting warehouse and distribution KPI’s for continues improvement and development
• Establishes strategic direction for warehousing and distribution activities of the organization.
• Develops and implements operational procedures for and monitors activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of finish goods, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other activities, such as sales, records control, and purchasing through the supply chain sector.
