• Supervise and coordinate the installation of piping systems and equipment on-site.• Review SOW, verify engineering deliverables, ensure drawings (P&ID’s, GA & ISO), MTO, conduct pre/post engineering site survey and submit site report.• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.• Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress/issues.• Assist in the development and review of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.• Ensure that installations and commissioning adhere to project specifications, drawings, and industry codes, and safety standards.• Review Material Requisition in compliance with project specification prior to order. Participate in bidding/contractual review.• Coordinate with sub-contractors/yard for fabrication & delivery spools and supports.• Prepare Method of statements (MS), FRA and attend meetings for approval.• Co-ordinate with logistic for Mobilization and demobilization of team, materials, spools, equipment’s, replacements and TPI inspection of site items.• Ensure that all piping activities (lifting, welding, scaffolding, NDT, hydrotesting, painting and Tie in) comply with environmental regulations and best practices• Prepare and submit daily DPR for effective utilization of resources.• Implement quality control procedures to monitor and verify the integrity and performance of piping installations.• Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic tests to ensure the reliability and safety of piping systems.• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and commissioning activities. Adhere that technical integrity is fully maintained and that all deviations to project standards/procedures are formally recorded and approved.• Assist for preparation of LOP with load calculations, required lifting gears and Drg.
