Payroll Management* Overseeing the End-to-End Payroll for 6 different companies in Engineering & Vertical business.* Accountable and responsible for the timely execution of monthly Payroll of 2,000+ employees (UAE) and ensure timely and accurate salary credit.* Effectively managing payroll to process the Zero Error payroll* Validating and consider Reimbursement claims* Verify and reconcile all payrolls across the group and monitor OT, incentives & allowances on monthly basis.* Validation of salary register before final payroll process and post to the ERP* Process payrolls through ERP and facilitate WPS/ Non-WPS and cheque payments. Initiating Online payments through Mashreq Matrix and manual submission through Exchanges / Edenred* Reviewing and closely monitor the payroll payment bank file uploads are being done accurately and trouble shoot in case of any issues. Identify cause of rejection, liaise with banks and Business Unit HR and re-upload with accurate data.* Bank Account Reconciliation and recording of fallout payment* Ensuring confidentiality and security of payroll and employee data.Project Management * Manage, support and coordinate with various stake holders in the implementations, integrations, and enhancements of Payroll Software.* Participate in testing, troubleshooting and upgrades of HR systems and Software* Acting as SME for the Payroll modules project implementation Employee F&F Settlement* Responsible for F&F Settlement and providing forecast for F&F settlement before the exit* Preparing F&F Settlement MIS and intimate Bu's and HRSS team for F&F dues recoveryStatutory Compliance* Ensuring payments of statutory dues like Emirati Pension to be on time to Govt. AuthorityManage Payroll Audit* Conducting sample payroll Audit on Monthly Basis to ensure that all payroll process has been followed strictly and accurately* Reconciliation of all Statutory payments and clearing of all Payroll related GL accounts on monthly basis

• Oversaw day-to-day processing of payroll for 600 employees, including review of timesheets and computing pay in accordance with law.• Performed calculations in overtime, vacation and sick hours to provide accurate data to pay roll processing database.• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.• Collect Employee documents during Onboarding and maintain the same in HR Records• Applying for Medical Insurance Additions and Deletions of employees on a timely basis as required).• Maintain records of Employee personnel-related data in both paper (Employee Files) and the Hr database

• Performs diverse, advanced and confidential day to day organizational support to Executive Director in a high paced and dynamic environment.• Providing end-to-end administrative support to Exe. Director.• Maintain a diary to follow the time-bound schedule of Exe.Director and enlist his appointments accordingly.
