• Projects Planning and management: initialize plans, team building, PIP, budget and resources. • Lead delivery teams with in-depth understanding of processes and techniques to deliver projects goals.• Coordinate multiple plans and dependencies across range of teams to achieve goals efficiently• Identify risks, timescale, scope changes and manage and implement change orders, actions and improvements to meet project goals.• Identify and initiate project requirements with other teams such like design updates, Data Center and sites expansions, SW/HW upgrades.• Manage all rollout activities for 4G radio, IP, MW and Fiber mobile backhaul.• Reporting and consultation for executive management.
