The greatest benefits from cheque truncation occur when the physical cheque is converted to electronic data (financial and image) at the earliest point in its collection cycle Work Profile:                                                                                                                      All the cheques are pushed to CHI through the FTP's and get the credit acceptancy from the NPCI.Monitoring the return files, outward presentation transmission to CHI and to NPCI within the session timings.Need to take care of all the Inward and Outward clearance of Banking domains.Training new joiners to improve their knowledge on the productivity of the organization.Providing Images, Extracts, and Reports to bankers.Monitoring Mails, Dashboard, and Application on daily basis.When the clients facing credit issues for the sake of returns and presentation then I coordinate with the team and clients in the con-call then resolve the issues.If there any issues occur, analyze the issue and give the solution to those issues. If any complications find out immediately escalate to the support team and inform to all related teams and managers.Deliver services and support to bankers via remote connection.Our clients are KOTAK, IOB, BOM, SYNDICATE, UBI, IDBI, and more than 100 banks.
