• Job Description:• Literature and Patent search and preparation of reports.• Design scheme of experiments.• Development of Solid oral dosage forms like ,o IR,ER ,DR and minitablets ,semisolid dosage forms(creams,ointment) ,sachets and sterile dosage forms(solution opthalmic,eye ointments)o Matrix tablet for Osmotic RLDo Bilayer Tablets and Combinational drug products for US markets• Conducting the compatibity studies of API and excipients ,Stability management -Bench and lab scale along with preparation of Summary reports, maintainig the documents well.• Responsible for devlopment, trouble shooting during manufacturing of scale-up batches.• Interpretation of analytical /bio-study data.• Preparation of stage wise Product Development Reports. • Preparation and Revisions of SOPs/Operating Instructions etc.• Meeting product development timelines.• Indent for materials, tooling etc.• Providing necessary support to other team members and other departments.• Interpret the results from various analytical instruments HPLC and UV.• Knowledge on analytical method development and supporting analysis for Formulation development for various oral dosage forms like IR and ER tablets and capsules.• Keep work area clean and laboratory under controlled temperature.
