Developed new Database driven anti-money laundering solution to replace 5 application silos covering global, regional and country-specific rules and thresholds with 4TB data warehouse capturing all transactions from multiple product lines: Equities, Fixed Income, Options, FX, and Futures.• Key deliverables included: monitoring of the change in client behavior based on variances in key predefined metrics, regulation NMS, Restricted List/Grey List, Price Analysis, Historical comparison - by price and frequency, trade surveillance and payment monitoring.• Provided the business with Agile Requirements for implementation prioritization roadmaps and prototypes to simulate new systems and insights into the quality of various data sources used in the processes. Project included capturing legacy rules and data structures from Mainframe/Cobol and re-engineering them to work on a UNIX platform.• Morgan Stanley - New York Data Technology Project Manager 10/2003-12/2004o Renovated the Mark Review Data Collection process within Morgan Stanley's credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, FX, and commodities business units. The project enabled the capture of price information from unstructured data sources and instantiation into standard databases.
