•To lead the team of project engineers for monitoring the on‐going daily construction activities. •Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures and project progress review and technical meetings with client. •Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. & assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. •Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. •Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. •Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members. •Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. •To provide technical feedback to the design team on the improvements of design aspects according to the practical experience obtained from the site. •Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings & ensuring project deadlines are met. •Determining project changes & providing administrative support as needed. •Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. •Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts managing project budgets and keeping costs down. •Responsible for the completion of all documentation. Producing Test Plans and reports. •Carry out site inspection in coordination with System Integrators, contractors and consultants to ensure projects deliverables are carried out according to the project design and with agreed level of quality. •Lead, manage and conduct acceptance tests and HAND OVER the projects to the operations.•Follow up with the line consultant managers on performance & progress of implementation works related to structure cabling systems and also with Govt. Authority in implementing the project smoothly. •Supervise and assure that the design has been precisely carried out at site during project execution.

Quality Check in SCECO DOMAIN network (GIS) for Saudi Electricity company based on ASBUILT drawing provided by Electrical Department.Reassurance of INSTALLED EQUIPEMENTS are same as on field and data matches.Following up with the design and implementation team to fulfill the requirement of CUSTOMER as requested.

•Prepare contract documentation for procurement services and materials. •Preparing request for quotation and do tendering for the assigned projects. •Evaluating tenders and providing recommendations. •Prepare Implementation schedule, Installation and Design documents with BOQ’sfor the project sites. •To provide sufficient and precise information on the work to be performed, to enable bids to be prepared accurately. •To systematize the tendering process. •To provide a detailed idea regarding the work and its rates and also the final amount. •To ensure the present market rates before bidding or estimating any project. •Arrange with the Procurement manager to create Purchase Requisition for the cabling materials. •Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope •Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability •Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project •Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and client •Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types •Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.) •Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate •Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps •Proffer suggestions to the Chief Estimator or appropriate authority for contemplated expenditures.
