Roles & Responsibilities Financial• Achieving the sales as per the budgets received from service office for the period.• Controlling the shrinkage not more than 0.4% of the sales.• Monitoring First citizen enrollment program & meeting the targets given for the team i.e.min 5 per CCA per week & brand associate min 2 per brand staff per week.•External & Internal Customer•Improving Mystery shoppers score which should be above 85% as per the Mystery shoppers report.• To get customer feedbacks as per targets defined. Resolving complaints in 48 hrs.• Internal Business Perspective• Analyzing on the departments which is not performing well & Preparing the reports based on the analysis & presenting to the Store heads• SOP adherence maintaining the score not less then 95% as per audit report.• Preparatory meeting to be done with staff on daily basis.•Merchandise display should be as per VM norms i.e. Steam ironing, Usage of size cubes, usage of right hangers, cut sizes display,ticketing,highlighting of offers & promotions, size stickers, price tag & security tag on all merchandise.• Global count to be maintained on daily basis.• PICS process compliance as per SOP.• Maintaining the punctuality of the team not more than 2 lates in a month.• Price override & post void report analysis to be done on daily basis along with comments.Learning & growth• Refresher Training to be given to staff every month on all the SOP process.• Developing the subordinate & training them for qualifying for next level.•SOP/Pucca/RSS/ to be above 90. Team members who have not cleared to undergo training & reappear & qualify.• Staff welfare activities to be conducted once in a month. Strategic & new initiatives • Increasing the productivity of CCA as per GMROL defined.• Meeting the targets given for private labels & ways to increase the sales of private label.• Uploading the checklist online daily/weekly/monthly.
