- Market the automation solutions and build the company’s profile in the territory.- Develop strategies for demand generation and pipeline development.- Approach key personnel across different entities involved in each project to drive the lead to ensure optimum conversion.- Work closely with the consultants & developers in the design stage of the projects to ensure control and lead quality.- Identify the market trends and create strategies to increase the sales conversion.- Focus on consultative selling.- Forecast and manage company’s sales revenue and provide sales report to the Line Manager on a weekly basis.- Create a strong customer base in the territory and manage the accounts successfully.- Conduct periodic feedback sessions with the product team based on customer comments and provide suggestions based on industry trends for continuous improvement.- Create product presentation for different stakeholders in a project and manage the technical discussions to the solution’s advantage.- Use CRM tools to manage and track the leads generated.- Liaise with the marketing team and give feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing activities based on industry analysis.- Manage the internal team to align with customer satisfaction without compromising on company policies and practices.

- Plan and execute the daily work target upon discussion with the site supervisors- General, P & Id and Isometric drawings review and evaluation on a continuous basis.- Complete supervision of all activities on site such as excavation, dismantling of the old pipeline, safe transport of dismantled or new pipes across the site, welding operations, installation of new pipeline, quality tests etc.- Quality check of the activities and supplied materials, deciding on the parameters, solving on site challenges etc. in association with superior officers.- Prepare Daily Progress Report and manpower data.- Coordinate with Senior Engineers and HSE Officials.

- Assist the site supervisor in his activities.- Preparation of daily work report. - Exposure to oil tank construction and other associated activities.- On the job training.
