Was part of Finance Services, Business Excellence & Audit spoc,In Finance services where I was leading and managing 4 main processes of order to Cash (Billing, Collections, Dispute Management & Cash Applications) also managing a team of 22 membersIn Business Excellence I was part of preparation and validation of operation excellence, Transitions project and RPA projects.Business Excellence Projects.Took additional responsibility by being part of the Tiger team along with the regular work to create impact on the projects.1) Transition Project: Was part of the overall transition of Account receivable process from Ireland. The scope involved right from understanding the scope of work, analysis viability of the project, risk analysis, part of getting the approvals and then finally interacting with the UK team to start the transiting from the 7 members team.The project involved preparation of SOP’s, trainings management, progress monitoring, go-live of project and monitoring it continuously to ensure its functioning without any issues and streamlining it later on.2) Robotic Project Automation (RPA): As the scope of the projects was increasing, the team undertook the RPA’s for improvisation of the overall projects and 14 sub process were selected for this, which was led by me, and the responsibilities were as below:Entitlement study to identify the scope of the automation, selecting sub process by understanding the viability of it. Preparation of project defined documents (PDD’s), to help the developers, preparation of failure modes effect analysis (FMEA), to identify the automaton failures, coordination with operation and developers for smooth flow, constant touch with stakeholders, coordination’s with UAT testing, analysis of risk incase of overall automation failure, ensuring no impact on the regular productions. This project led to reduction in 6 FTE’s.
