Leadership: Leading and managing toll operations across 2 plazas, overseeing bothadministrative and operational functions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted toll fee collection. Revenue Reconciliation: Ensuring accurate reconciliation of toll collection revenue withFastag transactions, maintaining precise financial records, and monitoring exemptions,violations, and blacklisted Fastags. Reporting: Preparing and submitting comprehensive toll reports to the Project Head,analyzing revenue, traffic patterns, and system performance. This includes generating andsharing daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as traffic, revenue, reconciliation, and Fastag transaction reports. Public Relations: Acting as the Public Relations for road users, local administration, andgovernment bodies, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations. Coordination: Building and maintaining good relations with all stakeholders, including tollstaff, local authorities, and vendors, while ensuring seamless coordination amongvarious departments. Operational Oversight: Monitoring the overall functioning of toll processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance customer satisfaction. Controlling and mitigating risks such as exemptions, violations, blacklisted Fastags, duplicate transactions, absenteeism, and budget management. ETC Lane Management: Ensuring ETC lanes operate smoothly by addressing issues related to tag readings and following up on unresolved transactions. Verifying and reconcilingFastag traffic and revenue reports daily with the Central Clearing House (CCH) portal.Employee Training: Collaborating with the HR department to implement ongoing trainingprograms aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of the toll staff.Monthly Drills: Organizing monthly training sessions and mock drills on topics such astraffic control, safety, Fastag portals, problem-solving, and team motivation at the tollplazas.

Overall in-charage of Toll Operations dept. Administrative and Functional. Responsible for preparing entire Toll reports and sends to the Project Head. Man-power coordination and management. Responsible for reconciliation of the previous day's Toll collection revenue with Fastag revenue. Monitoring the Toll revenue and keeping check of all the exemptions on day-to-day basis. PRO to Road Users, Local Administration, and local body Govt. for the smooth functioning of Toll operation. Assist to Project Manager on day to day basis and his absence. Ensuring the safe Banking of Toll revenue, monitoring and verification of CMS staff. Performance monitoring of TMS and FMS sub-systems, by working closely with System team. Ensure optimum usage of consumables and maintain the required stock at all levels. Closely work with HR dept. to initiate on-the-job training programmes to subordinates.

Assist Toll Manager in day to day Operations such as Administrative, Maintenance, and Functional. Revalidations of class-wise Exemptions. Responsible for smooth Tolling operation especially during the Night Shift. Relive Plaza Manager on weekly offs and during his leave period. Preparing all the MIS reports of an earlier day during the Night shift. Keep an update to the Project Manager of any unusual occurrences at the Plaza or on the entire PCOD length. Surprise check Monitoring the Toll revenue and keeping check of all the exemptions on day to day basis. PRO to Road Users, Local Administration, and local body Govt. for the smooth functioning of Toll operation. Assist to Project Manager on day to day basis and in his absence. Ensuring the safe Banking of Toll revenue, monitoring and verification of CMS staff. Performance monitoring of TMS and ATMS sub-systems, by working closely with System team. Ensure optimum usage of consumables and maintaining the required stock at all levels. Closely work with HR dept. to initiate on-the-job training programme to subordinates.

Handling customer queries in efficient manner. Implement the instructions provided by PM/Senior Personnel. To ensure that all off-going TCs have cashed up. Carry out at least 2 spot checks in the shift. Monitoring the shortages & surplus of TCs in final cash-up. Ensure that all Cashiers have reconciled & balanced the previous shift cash. Ensure that the Cashiers have kept the recorded formats properly. Ensure that the previous shift collection bag is sealed & kept in the vault. Check & sign the reconciliation register. Complete all shift documentation. Inform the next SI of any incident that happened during his shift. Inform the incoming SI of any pending tasks. Collect personnel money and move out.

To assist the Toll Collectors/Lane Attendants & provide backup if problems arise with users. Make arrangements to relieve every Toll Collectors/Lane attendant for at least 20–30 minutes in the shift in case a second break of 10 minutes is also provided. To record any damage to equipment, structures, road furniture or signage in the plaza area in the Incident Log. Record lane downtime, equipment breakdown, or malfunction in the prescribed form. Get the breakdown equipment repaired by technician as soon as possible and keep the PM informed. Ensure the safekeeping of the vault.To control the activities of the TC s/LAs in the lanes. Including: a. Incident management as incidents happen. b. Discrepancy management.c. Exemption control. d. Violation control (though our system at places does not show violations

To perform the duty of receiving the Toll Revenue from Toll Collectors in the lane, safekeeping of such revenue, and transferring the same to the vault. Issue and retrieve floats. Ensure that the collection and financial procedures are carried out as per the set procedures and rules. Ensure that the lane money is kept as low as possible through regular bleed-offs. Other money on the premises has to be secured wherever possible in the vault and under security or under lock and key with two separate key holders. Count, consolidate, and reconcile cash from the Toll Collector when doing Bleed Offs. Correctly compile and post any required paperwork.
