CARRY OUT CIVIL WORKS INSPECTION, PREPARE INSPECTION ACTIVITIES REPORTS, IDENTIFY AND RESOLVE NON CONFIRMETIES, INSPECT INCOMING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, MONITOR INSPECTION REPORTS UPDATED ETC.

 Overall responsible for all Quality Control activities as per the project specification. Take charge of all QA/QC documentation as per specification, in line with PQP/ITP/MS. Prepare periodic reports covering the relavent inspection activities and the resultant observation. Review, update and forward the master list of document deliverables to the Project Controller and Quality Manager. On a monthly basis. Ensure that the Project Quality Documents available at site are of latest revision. Ensure that the IFC drawings are controlled , distribution records are maintained and superseded documents are removed from the point of use. Maintain the system in site and to further develop it when necessary. Direct involvement with regard to quality control on materials, inspection and testing. Ensure test equipments are calibrated and it is valid. Report all non – conformances for resolution. Ensure all quality documentation monitered and updated properly. Familiarizing with all contract specifications, applicable codes and standards and direct QC Inspectors as necessary. Coordinates “Inspection Requests” submission through construction team and lower tier subcontractors to the company. Ensure storage of materials are in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer. Implimentation of corrective actions as identified and agreed. Periodical meeting with client, consultant and sub-contractor. Implementation of health ,safety and environment to the workforce as per company HSE policy.
