Conducts orientation, trains and coaches management staff on execution of daily tasks in order to maximize sales, as well as guides them in solving problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency and productivity.As per the operational needs of the business, monitors the scheduling of all types of leaves for managerial and non-managerial staff, as well as approves the leaves of Shop Managers jointly with the Brand Manager.Assists in the recruitment, promotion, transfer of managerial staff and follows up with HR on their performance and on the one of non-managerial staff, as well as ensures in coordination with the Brand Managers and HR that staffing is within the headcount of the stores.Oversees merchandising and coordination of stocks, manages their level in coordination with the Brand Managers, reviews the stock reports and takes appropriate action through detailed communication with the Country Manager and Brand Manager.Manages the entire stock flow process from the receiving process, to all inventory-related transactions, to the cycle count policy and shrinkage results, as well as ensures that Shop Managers are overseeing the receiving of their shipments.Supervises the sales performance by comparing the actual sales versus the weekly targets, previous years and projections, as well as oversees the coordination of sales promotion activities and pricing of merchandise.Reviews operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company’s policies and procedures, monitors store profitability, as well as manages expense budgets related to payroll, shrinkage, profit & loss and cost versus sales ratio. Inspects premises to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety and environmental codes and ordinances Coordinates closing of existing store locations and is fully responsible of new store openings.In coordination with the Brand Manager and concerned service functions (HR, Operations…),
