- Plan, organize and control all maintenance work within the company to ensure that plant and equipment are maintained to the company standards of quality and safety requirements.- Supervise the maintenance department budget to ensure that all costs are kept within the approved budget from the executive board.- Maintain regular communication between other functions to ensure that plant and equipment are available to meet operational requirements.- Create and prepare a preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that all necessary maintenance is carried out at the appropriate time.- Supervise and coach all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively and maintain effective working relationships.- Supervise all maintenance work to ensure that it complies with all health and safety requirements.- Maintain accurately and updating documents of all plants and equipment and determine and resolve any issues relating to maintenance procedures, plant, or equipment.- Identify the project scope and objectives including all project stakeholders and ensure technical potentiality.- Create and prepare a detailed project plan to follow and monitor the project progress.- Handle and control any changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using an applicable verification technique.

- Construct the electrical power distribution systems in overhead and underground facilities based on the work order received.- Create and design the cable routes and create the physical layouts including height, spacing, and location parameters.- Identify the electrical equipment needs and quantities for improving and developing the new power systems.- Supervise the performances of electrical systems and recommend improvements to avoid any disabled.- Evaluate the electricity system failures and suggest applicable resolutions.- Follow compliance with the company policies and procedures.- Create and develop the company's best practices and share them with the department team members.- Assist the Manager in planning and implementing the assigned electrical distribution projects according to the deadlines and approved budgets.
