It was an ISP technical support project providing support for AT&T users. I used to manage a team of associates providing technical assistance, handling escalations, coaching, and preparing performance reports. I had a similar profile in Sitel India Ltd. supporting the Bell Canada Project for the ISP users of Bell!I started my career with Firstsource solutions in the early bucket credit card collection process for Lloyds TSB, UK. I had the fortune to process the highest value collection through a single transaction via debit card and got a standing ovation on the production floor!
