I pride myself on being a frank and honest "straight shooter".A little bit more about me: I built my career at Accenture for many years, and then joined EY in 2017. Throughout my career, I've been delivering and leading business and system transformation programs and leading client account teams. I’m known as a ‘trusted advisor’ to many long-term clients based on my track record of quality delivery and transparent communication.I have played many roles in my time traversing system change management, project management, HR transformation and client account leader. I spent much of my early career working in FMCG organisations delivering systems and process change programs with Mars, Dairy Farmers, Goodman Fielder and Fonterra. Later on I spent a lot of time helping large travel and transport organisations design and deliver business and behaviour change programs including NSW Transport and Qantas. Lately, I'm heavily focused on delivering enterprise-wide SAP change programs at a large government organisation, and transforming employee experiences through SuccessFactors and ServiceNow in Financial Services. My career has taken me to clients across Australia and New Zealand, along with extended assignments in Japan and Singapore that really helped expand my horizons.And, when I am not at work, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and friends, trying new restaurants and bars, trying to keep fit, or planning our next trip away.
