I have worked in the construction industry for 19 years, ultimately gaining experience as an electrician in the elevator industry. As an elevator commissioning engineer, I take pride in the quality and reliability of the finished product of every installation. Currently I am responsible for critically evaluating complex issues relating to elevators, reviewing, consolidating and synthesising my knowledge to find solutions to problems and adapting this knowledge and skills to my field of technical support engineering for major elevator projects. I thrive in the rapidly growing, fast paced and high pressure environment that comes with the position. I am passionate about analysing complex problems and fault finding and I take pride in sharing my knowledge with my team.I am committed to educating myself to become an industry leader. I have been conferred a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Honours) and I am currently enrolled in a Masters of Engineering Management to prepare myself for the challenges of a managerial position through strategic management planning, research and new product development. It is my goal to engage diverse perspectives within engineering, leadership and management environments and apply these methods to complex situations.
