• Responsible to drive all quality functions and team as per the project specifications and Schedule-Q requirements.• To make sure to assign qualified QC personnel on site and to provide training, competency for continual improvement.• Preparation of Quality Control Plans, Procurement plan, ITPs & Inspection Schedules.• Review approval of Sub-contractors QCPs, ITPs, Quality Procedures and Material Technical Submittals.• Preparation of Audit schedules and Quality Management Review reports• To make sure that all inspections activities of main and sub-contractors are performed as per the schedule.• Review and final evaluations of Material Submittals, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders of all inspectable material.• Review & appraval of Quality Procedures, WPS & Material technical appraisals.• Preparation of PQI submittals (procurement & construction), QA/QC Statistics and Construction Quality Index(CQI)• Review and evaluations of final disposition reports, Vendor inspection records.• Reviewing & approving quality documents & Aramco submittals (Monthly Management Reports, Material Status reports, Two-week loook ahead schedules, NCR summary reports).• Co-ordination with Project Management Team (PMT) for site inspections, technical instructions, waivers and queries.

• Responsible to meet Procurement schedules and milestones.• Discuss challenges & issues with procurement team.• Vendor/Supplier evaluations and technical appraisals.• Vendor Assessments and final Qualifications per Aramco & Industry standards.• Identify & Implement Solutions to procure good quality Parkson products.• Define interface of responsibilities between MENA and US office Proc. • Responsible for Quality issues & concerns of all disciplines including Mechanical/Piping, Welding,Civil & Electrical.• To assign only qualified and Aramco approved QC personnel on site and to provide training, competency for continual improvement of quality.• Preparation of Quality Control Plans, ITPs & Inspection Schedules.• Preparation and Maintenance of Project Quality Procedures, Review Project Quality Plan for various Vendors & Fabricators.• QA Supervision of Engineering contractor, QA Supervision of Major package vendors and Fabricator• Reviewing & approving quality documents & Aramco submittals (Monthly Management Reports, Material Status reports, Two-week loook ahead schedules, NCR summary reports).• Review & appraval of Quality Procedures, WPS & Material technical appraisals.• Responsible for weekly QC meetings, PMT Coordination meetings, Monthly Management meetings and for site coordination meetings.• Preparation of Material status reports,Vendor Inspectoins & all PQI submittals (procurement & construction), QA/QC Statistics and Construction Quality Index(CQI)• Responsible for project Internal Audits (at 15% & 60% for Design, Procurement & Construction phases)Suppliers & Subcontractor’s assessments.• Preparation and submission of SPDPs, Project Record Books and Materail FDRs.• Project Quality audit (Planning, conducting and closing of Internal and External Audits).
