Infrastructure Development which included:• Geotechnical : Site Selection, Foundation & Material assessments• Surface Water Management• Site Supervision, • Construction QA/QC• Project Management• Capital Cost Estimates • Bill of Quantities• Schedule of Quantities• Construction Schedules• Payment Certificates• Site Inspections• Client and Contractor Meetings• Water and Sewerage design and reviews• Urban water management • Municipal Water Systems• Water Sanitation• Data management and Visualization• Climate resilience• Overseeing the engineering operations of the municipality, including planning, designing, and executing projects related to infrastructure development, transportation, and utilities. • Planning, coordinating, and signing off the design of the development's physical infrastructure and all utilities including Electricity, Water, Waste Management, Pneumatic waste, telecoms, and mobility among others. • Coordinating with other municipal departments and agencies, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure that engineering projects are aligned with the goals and needs of the community. • Keeping abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in engineering, and applying this knowledge to improve municipal operations and projects. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as zoning laws, building codes and environmental regulations. • Preparing reports and presentations for municipal officials and stakeholders, providing updates on engineering projects, and recommending courses of action. • Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings in the development's infrastructure, and working with architects and contractors to implement these measures. • Communicating with stakeholders, including tenants, occupants, investors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure that the development meets their needs and expectations.
