Few of my job responsibilities are listed below: Review work implementation and construction to ensure correct implementation of the project according to project specifications, drawings, details and standards. Provide timely recommendations and directions to mitigate and resolve issues arise during project progress. Ensure the efficiency, quality and performance of the Electrical works to meet project objectives. Monitoring the Electrical works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents, manufacturer’s instructions. Monitoring and controlling the day-to-day activities of the Electrical works i.e. site work inspection as well as inspection of the materials delivered in Contractors store. Monitoring conformance with the Contractor’s progress against approved schedule and advice project management accordingly. General oversight of Contractor’s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance and guidance on the Works being executed. Ensuring that inspections are carried out in time and quality of installation and delivered materials is maintained as per specifications. Issuing of both verbally and in writing, of the electrical violations to the party concerned. Reviewing all the Electrical shop drawings, Material Submittals, method statements and sequence of work and discussing with the team with relevant supporting documents to process for approval or disapproval. Coordinating and supervising the installation work of Electrical items, assisting with the final inspection of the work and checking the As-built drawings for adequacy. Ensure the application of safety procedures in the work of persons and equipment. Report directly to and transfer the directives of the PM in respect to construction works execution by the appointed contractors.

Few of my job responsibilities are listed below:Design Preparing Concept and detail design drawings (including calculations) in consideration with contract specs and BOQ for the all Low voltage ang Low Current systems from the scratch. Preparing shop drawing from the design drawing. Preparing the BOQ (Bill of Quotation). To perform the value-engineering if the project is over budget. Making as built drawing.  Supervising the CAD team. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are meet on daily basis for all draftsmans.Construction Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of electrical related works at site according to all applicable quality standards. Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipments, tools, etc. required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.  Plan and analyse all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the consultant for approval prior to execution at site. Manage directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the electrical work groups at site. Plan the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works with other disciplines. Coordinate with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site. Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards. Preparing Red Line drawings for any modifications at site.Performs other related duties as may be required by the Manager.
