Work with customers to troubleshoot issues related to Content Delivery, Media Streaming, Cloud Security and Storage, Akamai's network infrastructure.> Develop tools and troubleshoot issues using python programming and Linux and log analysis using Akamai > Work as part of Interdisciplinary Team to analyze, troubleshoot and manage customer's configuration on Akamai's intelligent platform using Load balancing and mapping algorithms.> Contribute to Knowledge Base by creating necessary documentation. >Technical Account management for premium customers like Hotstar, Zee, Unity, Tencent , Sony, Sky Italia, providing end to end support and handling big events like Olympics, IPL, FIFA etc.
