Project Manger For Private Hospital-Shopping Mall , Commercial building,Commercials villas•Manage a project from initial phase to completion and ensure compliance with The company HSE Policy for project activities. •Ensure the preparation and implementation of detailed plan and strategy for the assigned project in order to achieve the agreed objectives. •Lead and motivate the project team ensuring effective implementation of agreed project plans. •Ensure the quality of material/equipment and the ultimate product as per contract requirements and specifications.•Direct the development of schedule, cost estimate and budget for the project. Review and recommend the same for Tender Board and Management endorsement/approval. Controls and monitor the implementation of the total budget, schedule and quality at various stages of the project execution to ensure adherence to the overall approved plan.•Establish organization for the project, including manpower utilization and mobilization. Leads, motivates, review and monitor the performance of the teams staffed with specialist within the Division, across Projects Group and to ensure the effective implementation of the agreed plan. •Perform Certification of Contractor and Vendors invoices and endorsement of final acceptance certification. •Develop procurement strategy, manages, control and supervise procurement activities. Coordinate preparation of Purchase Orders and contracts. Review and analyse Change Order Requests, claims and prepare recommendation to management for settling of variations/claims.•Ensure proper coordination between the end user and Engineer/ Contractor and other agencies involved in the project to ensure quality and progress is maintained.•Coordinate other Divisions to ensure the preparation of annual overall work program and Projects budget. Control expenditure and justify variance.

 Implement productivity by meeting on-time schedule, quality and service standards. Identify trends, system improvements and changes to further development. Resolve issues and complete and close out non-conformances from audits and initiating corrective actions. Meet financial objectives by participating actively in forecasting requirements for budget preparation, schedule expenditures, analyzing variations. Complete all work to construction drawings and contract specifications. Ensure correct procedure is implemented for each activity communicated and adhered to by the supervising site resource and workforce. Ensure material availability for continuous, uninterrupted work on-site and gives requirements to Project Engineer. Ensure full compliance to the quality of work with contract specifications and drawings. Ensure proper planning and monitoring of site activities and progress. Ensure all variations are immediately acknowledged and confirm intentions to claim. Responsible for submitting and securing Consultant’s approval on drawings, materials, suppliers, sub-contractors, method statements and quality/safety documentation. Ensure site safety and quality construction as per contract agreement and procurement of such contractors. Submit weekly and monthly progress reports as per agreed system and procedure. Prepares invoicing to Client/Consultant including all relevant discussion and approval of invoices issued. Effective cost control of project. Proper and smooth coordination between project site and head office with regards to purchase of construction equipment and all other communication in monitoring of the progress of the project. In charge of the execution of the Project within the allocated time and budget set. Ensure effective communication interface coordination with other existing contractors and subcontractors on-site.
