• Supervision of maintenance jobs carried out by mechanical team & planning the daily jobs.• Plan for the plant shutdown activities requirements (resources & spare parts) • Ensure the safe working of mechanical team.• Prepares, supervises and participates in executing installation of new equipment (Heat exchangers, blowers, rotary dryers & pumps).• Preparing PM plans for both stationary and rotating equipment• Involved in fabrication of new stationary equipment, whilst taking account of cost, availability of materials and maintenance requirements.

• Doing preventive maintenance and keep machine condition good as possible• Implementing maintenance plans on boilers, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, cooker, flaker, expander, chain conveyors and bucket elevators• Finding machine requirement in running condition• Attend machine breakdown and find the route course of same• Check machine all spare parts and constable items stock as required

• Maintenance engineer in technical support team at Cement Helwan site• Implementing maintenance plans on cement mills, raw material mills, raw materials hummer mills and chain conveyors.• Repair equipments during breakdowns • Finding machine requirement in running condition

• Implementation of the annual overhauling and emergency repairs to all types of ships in accordance with the requirements of supervision organizations and repair of marine and metal structures bodies• Implementing maintenance plans on floating dock equipments ( pumps – valves – pipelines – metal structures bodies )
