➢Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.➢Treasury Management.➢Supervising ensures an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.➢Update the bank balance GL and reconcile regularly.➢Preparing MIS Reports Projects status, Actuals Vs Budgets.➢Support in the preparation of accurate and timely filing of Value Added Tax (VAT) tax returns.➢Manage and posting day-to-day financial entries, operations, including Invoice accounting and Payments follow-up.➢Manage any other tasks assigned by the accounts manager.

➢Posting invoices Accounts payable, Receivables & General entries. ➢Manage Day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, uploading, payable transactions.➢Review vendor’s invoice, quotations, approve the purchase orders.➢Preparing bank vendor & customer reconciliation.➢Create Customer, Vendor, Supplier codes into the ERP system.➢Initiate payment by verifying all the supporting documents. ➢Calculation of VAT and payment and preparation of VAT return and filing the same within due date.➢Manage any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.➢Perform month-end closing in a timely and accurate manner.
