Working as Resident Microsoft O365 Administrator – IT Department as an outsource Company. My responsibilities includes providing Level 3 support for complete IT Infrastructure. Major tasks included.

• Monitoring the IT Infrastructure (Cloud & Network).• Manage user accounts and company IT assets.• Cloud\AD\Exchange account administration (modify and mange user accounts and group permission’s).• Managing and Administering tasks related to Active Directory, DNS, ADFS, ADCA• Deployed Citrix XenApps solution for a third-party vendor application support.• Handling the ownership of Unified Communication of the RIC which includes Skype for Business.• Huawei conference and phone system support, and We Present Screenshare Administration.• Providing Infrastructure support for third party applications such as Bloomberg, Microsoft Dynamics ERP etc.• Experience in remote Exchange O365/ administration of Active Directory• Microsoft Azure administration - adds moves, and changes• AD Connect, Azure AD - setup, and configuration trouble shooting implementing and supporting Microsoft • Lync audio and video Mobile Device management • Troubleshoot all Microsoft products including - Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, OWA, • Lync, and SharePoint administration changes• Administration of Microsoft Office 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business,• Yammer, OneDrive for Business • Trouble Shoot Active Directory - user account access, and permission issues

 Major task mange to VIP users like...Minister and Voice Minister , Deputy Ministers , GM visit daily fix there technical problems. Mange Call Center and Service Desk (CA & BMC ) ticketing system , Laval 1,2 and Administration. Serve as the first point of contact for user seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Installing and configuring new technology to be used by the company, such as hardware, operative systems, programs, applications, printers & scanners,ip phones. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and resolving hardware, software and other network and system problems. Walk the user through the problem-solving process. Record events, problems and their resolution in logs. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures. Maintaining and administering computer network and related computing environments. Protecting data, software and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. Replacing faculty network hardware components when required. Maintaining, configuring and monitoring virus protection software and email applications. Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments needs to be made. Conferring with network user about solving existing system problems. Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems. Testing networking software, computer hardware and operating system software.
