Managing the implementation phase of Central Government’s Flagship Program“Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY)” in district CHURU.Responsibilities: Project Management Supervise, coach, and mentor the field implementing teams including Frontline workers – Anganwadi Workers, ASHAs, and ANMs on PMMVY implementation; Supporting Deputy Directors in strategic planning, development of operations plan, addressing the requirements of the PMMVY at the district level; Facilitating the planning and organizing of training workshops etc.; Overseeing the data collection and undertaking data quality assessments related to project interventions; Preparing and ensuring timely submission of reports and other deliverables as required under PMMVY and otherwiseTechnical Assistance in Strategy and Implementation Provide orientation and support to District officials in the use of the IT applications; Work with the district administration in developing a district-level action plan for implementation of PMMVY;Monitoring and Control Coordinate redress of complaints from project beneficiaries, stakeholders; Ensure proper administration of district office and maintenance of records, data, etc. Support the district officials in the compilation of data related to the project, such as registration, enrolment, payment delivery and grievance mechanism, etc.;

Manage the large-scale health research projects assigned to the institute like National Family Health Survey (NFHS-4) and Facility Survey of Rajasthan under District Level Household Survey-4, collect and supervise data collection from the field investigators, and develop reports, including administration during the project. Field Research and study through research tools and examining social impacts for the research outcomes.Projects Handled: National Family Health Survey (NFHS-4) in Rajasthan with IIPS, Mumbai & MoHFW, New Delhi Facility Survey of Rajasthan under District Level Household Survey-4 with IIPS, Mumbai & MoHFW Formulation of evidence-based and actionable dietary advice for pregnant and lactating women in Rajasthan with Children’s Investment Foundation Fund (CIFF), London, UK Training of Frontline Workers (ASHA & Anganwari Workers) on Water, Sanitation & Hygiene with Water-Aid, MP-TAST End line Evaluation of a Demand-side intervention for Revitalization of Postpartum Family Planning in Bihar with Jhpiego. Rapid Assessment of JSSY and Chief Minister Free Drug Distribution Scheme in Rajasthan with Department of Health & Family Welfare, GoRResponsibilities: Handling of a large-scale team of field investigators (approx. more than three hundred) Program planning and implementation under the guidance of the principal coordinator and program head. Developing questionnaires and interview schedules for social research activities. The hiring of field team and training Concurrent updating and monitoring of the field investigators for data quality by backchecking and spot check. Interview of the stakeholders, service providers, and medical officials in qualitative surveys. Data compilation with electronic data entry in software. Data interpretation, analysis, and verification through monitoring and evaluation in the field Report preparation and drafting. Finance Management Final submission of the report to the authorities.

Projects Handled: Financial Inclusion of Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank in 3 districts of Rajasthan. Village water security plan under National Rural Drinking Water Program in 11 districts of Rajasthan in support of Public Health and Engineering Department, Govt. of RajasthanResponsibilities: Handled a survey team in the field. Developed strategy, methodology, and work plan to conduct different activities and ensure the implementation is according to the plan. Handled and organized workshops on awareness, Self Help Groups (SHGs), and grievances in the villages. Maintained liasoning among Govt. Officials and local authorities for support and cooperation to carry out the activities smoothly and in a systematic manner. Interacted with local people in the areas to enhance capacity development and public participation in the human development process.
