Current• Planning, implementing and organizing trainings and then measuring its impact.• Following up and measuring the performance indicators to build the student’s personality to be matched withthe level of the academy, the factory and the surrounding environment in accordance with the strategy, vision and mission of the Academy.• Participating in admission process by interviewing applicants and their parents.• Design and implementation of life skills activities for students, and measuring progress and deviation in the implementation of activities.• Planning and implementation of all supplementary activities related to student life within the academy (all skills development programs).• Design and implementation of training programs related to life skills to support the services of the Academy's Training Center.• Design and prepare training need assessments for different training programs.• Contribute with team to prepare the training annual plan.• Preparing and equipping graduate students to pass personal interviews in companies.• Designing training materials on personal competencies and life skills to be delivered to different target groups.• Writing periodic reports and training reports.• Participating in the steps of selecting new students through:o Setting criteria for selecting new students every year according to the academy's vision.o Conducting personal interviews with new students and their parents to choose the most suitable according to the academy's vision.• Qualifying students for local & international entrepreneurship and innovation competitions.
