Preparing HOD meal reports and Entertainments checks report and ensuring that all entertainments are approved by HOD and GM. Reconciling telephone report and making sure that all international calls are approved and compiled with International call form. Checking High Balance and following up with FO Manager. Checking late Check/outs & early Check-Ins are Charged and if not charged then following up with FO Manager for reason and approval form. Checking No-Shows and making sure that all has been charged and if not charged then following up with concerned Manager. Checking Complimentary and House Use rooms and making sure that Comp/House Use form has been made with all due approvals and with supporting. Reconciling Banquet Event Orders. Checking Housekeeping Discrepancy Report and updating FO Manager in case of discrepancy. Preparing monthly commission for travel agents such as booking.com, Expedia, Preferred Hotels ETC. Preparing and verifying monthly Municipality Fee payment and Tourism Dirham payment. Filling all the above-mentioned documents and also keeping soft copy saved in the system for record.
