- Monitoring Nokia based networks using NetAct.- Design, plan, and optimize radio access networks for wireless communication systems such as 4G LTE, 5G NR, and other wireless technologies.- Perform radio network dimensioning, site planning, and capacity analysis to meet network performance objectives.- Conduct network performance monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues impacting network performance.- Develop and maintain network performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards.- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and implement new network features and services.- Participate in network testing and validation to ensure network performance and quality.- Conduct radio frequency (RF) measurements and analysis to evaluate and improve network performance.- Develop and maintain documentation related to network design, implementation, and operations.- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, technology trends, and emerging wireless technologies.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, wireless, and other networking technologies.- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot network issues in a timely manner.- Monitor network performance and analyze network traffic to identify and resolve issues impacting network performance.- Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.- Install, configure, and maintain network software and hardware components.- Perform routine network maintenance activities such as software upgrades, configuration changes, and network backups.- Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, equipment inventory, and network topology.

- Monitor and analyze alarms and alerts from the RAN network to identify and resolve issues impacting network performance for Huawei based networks using U2000.- Respond to network issues in a timely manner and escalate issues to higher-level engineers as needed.- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to radio network, transmission, and core network elements.- Conduct basic network maintenance activities such as software upgrades, configuration changes, and network backups.- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform routine network checks, audits, and reports.- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24x7 support for network operations.- Coordinate with other teams such as field technicians, core network, and transport to ensure smooth network operations and issue resolution.- Work with L2 and L3 engineers to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve network performance and reliability.- Maintain and update network documentation, including network diagrams, equipment inventory, and network topology.- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, technology trends, and emerging wireless technologies.
