Counter to budget alignment with project required objectives.• Ensure the project within Budget constraints with appropriate Quality, progress and to minimize risks on Human life and Building.• Ensures that the mechanical drawings are in line with Project Specification, Authorities codes & Standards and coordinated with FLS layout and other discipline of the project prior to proceeding with work. To ensure that the work is completed in time with the given specifications and standards.DESIGN: Preferable in using software’s like Hap 5.01, Block Load 3.05 and Dubai Municipality Sheets. Ventilation based on ASHRAE standard 62. Preferable to Design the Ducting sizing and route layout as per SMACNA & DW 142 codes, calculate the Duct sizes by using velocity/equal friction/static regain methods of duct designing. Preferable to Design of chilled water pipe sizing (Roof / Riser / Floor), Pump Head Calculations. ESP calculations for equipments like Fans, FCU’s, and AHU’s, FAHU’s etc. Able to make Water supply Demand Calculation, water tank storage, transfer pump, booster pump calculations and pipe sizing as per Fixture units from British Standards Plumbing institute of Engineer. Able to make Sewerage Drainage Calculations as per Pluming Eng.
