• Executing and following Up Routine & PPM maintenance Plan of Oil spill response equipment.• Responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the oil spill response equipment prior to and after an oil spill.• Activities include daily operation of oil spill response base.• Review, lead, and develop oil spill contingency plans. • Ensuring the preparedness and readiness of the base to respond to all oil spill notifications.• Reporting non-conformities and accidents.• Assist in all company operations and maintenance activities .• Make sure all documents are up to date .• Supervising Marine pollution employees in Saudi Aramco Duba Bulk Pant. • Conduct drills and exercises regularly in order to enhance their oil spill response readiness.

• Port Operations Manager takes charge of include managing vessel loading and discharge, managing safety, managing staff, and liaising with customers and other port Users. • Activities associated with ports include cargo handling equipment, trucks, vehicles, storage and warehousing facilities related to the transportation of cargo or passengers as well as the development and maintenance of supporting infrastructures.• Assisting on planning the sequence of loading and unloading cargo from ships, and placement of cargo in the yard. • Follow the Operation's Department plan to ensure that cargo is loaded and unloaded correctly and in adherence to Health and Safety standards. • Lead the safe, effective, efficient, and profitable production operation of a port terminal facility by managing all aspects of the terminal to meet customer and throughput commitments. • Develop and deliver on business plans to meet port terminal commitments. • Oversee terminal budget. • Responsible for safety and health throughout the terminal, including proper handling of dangerous goods. • Lead, develop and implement strategic and operational planning for a port terminal facility.• Supervise shipping process and inventory management ensuring that freight arrives at its destination in a timely manner
