Saudi Electricity Company Project - Digital Platform Enhancement (Web and Mobile)- Collaborating with the Design team to create UX/UI designs by providing innovative design ideas while ensuring technical feasibility through consultation of multiple backend teams.- Building comprehensive Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD) based on design and business inputs.- Communicating detailed requirements, including business rules, validation rules, restrictions, and business logic considerations, to the development team.- Conducting smoke testing of deliverables post-implementation, securing necessary test data from the business side and backend systems stakeholders.- Forwarding deliverables to the business for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) after confirming they met the requirements, providing support during the UAT phase.- Addressing and communicating UAT feedback to the development team, ensuring all identified bugs and issues are resolved on a timely manner.
