• As a proposal senior team leader, I study & evaluate inquiries received by sales team related to electromechanical systems, mainly: disinfection systems (gas chlorination, Chlorine dioxide, On-site sodium hypochlorite generation, Hypo dosing systems), filtration systems, pumps, odor control system, chemical dosing systems.• Worked with many international leading companies for the above mentioned scope such as : DeNora, Grundfos, Evoqua, Ebara, ITC, Sodeca.• Contact with sales team & client for proposal clarifications & note.• Assign the proposal engineer for the specific project. Evaluate & review costing, estimations & proposals done by the proposals engineer before sending to client.• Cost estimation, sourcing, sizing, pre-design & prepare the proposal for the major projects & jobs.• After proposal stage: follow-up the negotiation stage with client in coordination sales team until finalize the proposal price / conditions & details.• Prepare technical submittals for the major project including the required calculation / design / drawings.• Review technical submittal prepared by the proposal engineers.• Coordinate between electrical & mechanical engineers within the team to provide complete technical submittal according to specs, client & End-User requirement.• Attend meeting with consultant / End-user to shortcut the comments and obtain approval in coordination with sales team & client.• Co-ordinate with sales team & proposals team until receiving the order from client.• Evaluate orders and provide note / approval on the client order with co-ordination with sales team.• Contact with supplier, coordinate and follow up with procurement to issue the orders to suppliers after securing the order from client.
