Virdee Estates Ltd, 2011 – present: I am currently employed at Virdee Estates Ltd where I am involved in many aspects of the business ranging from administration and internal work to sales and negotiations. I have recently been given additional responsibilities in sales, which involves taking in customer enquiries and dealing with them appropriately, including valuations of both sales and rentals i.e. filling in the correct documentations and communicating with different departments in order to successfully process each enquiry.Sales Negotiator• Leads: Generating business by building a client list, to this date I have successfully built a client database with over 300 customers.• Valuations: Submitting estimates by researching market history, local rates and price comparisons.• Liaisons: Setting up meetings between buyers, sellers, brokers and solicitors.• Viewings: I arrange viewings by bringing together vendors and prospective buyers. Additionally, I attend viewings and show the prospective buyers around the properties.• Closing: I conclude a sale by negotiating an amicable price between both the buyer and vendor. I complete all the required documentation, such as AIP, in order to close out the sale.• CorporateDealing and liaising with corporate clients and companies such as Seville's, LSL, move with us, Connells asset management and many other companies.

Additionally, I attend viewings and show the prospective renters around the properties.• Documentation: Ensuring that all the required documents are kept up to date and available.• Account management: Updating of a client ledger, ensuring that all payments are made on time with regards to landlords

I was in charge of procuring the machines which we used to set up the kitchen, initially. Thereafter I organised the procurement of the raw ingredients such as the meat, fish, vegetables etc. I learned how to budget for the shop and how to manage labour, finances and materials in order to run a successful and profitable outlet. I gained many of my initial soft skills in this venture, which I used in my later job roles.
