Mohammed is a sustainable real estate development enthusiast with about 2 years experience in land administration and real estate surveying. I aspire to specialize in the Property Technology (PropTech) industry specifically data analytics and green technologies. I have a Bachelor of Science in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. I acquired vital knowledge in land economics, property valuation, land law, real estate finance and investment, and building construction. I had an internship and a one-year national service with the Lands Commission, Tamale where I developed practical knowledge and skills in land administration and property appraisal. My position as administrative manager at Prime Phoenix Property Consult, Tamale has also provided an opportunity to acquire client and stakeholder engagement, project/task management and administrative organization.
