As a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Higher Technological Institute, I have a passion for applying my knowledge and skills to various fields and industries, such as engine overhaul, air conditioner maintenance, solar energy, and power generation. I have also gained valuable experience in sales and customer satisfaction, working as a Sales Engineer at Dafa Egypt for three months.Currently, I am an Automotive Service Advisor at Automotive Skills Center, where I am responsible for making general assessments of vehicle issues, providing estimates, and scheduling preventive maintenance services. I work with a team of skilled technicians and mechanics to ensure the optimal performance and safety of the vehicles. I also handle customer issues and follow up with them and the workshop to keep everything updated. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, as well as multiple certifications in digital marketing, video editing, and SMART goals. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself in different domains.
