Undertook needs analysis and spearheaded the redesign and rewriting of course material for all trainee programmes.Key Strategic Accomplishments:-• In collaboration with management and Technical Training, identified learning objectives and content for the training of pilot and mechanics trainees that enhanced success in their certification in the USA.• Initiated the redesign of all training, with new lesson plans and evaluation systems that increased students’ participation and performance. This was a part time job after normal working hours. Conducted English Language classes to apprentices of Aircraft Accessories and Components Company (AACC). A subsidiary company of Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) which provides aircraft parts and maintenance services.The main function as English Language Trainer was to conduct training for the Saudi trainees to primarily improve their English reading, comprehension and communications skills. The objective being to ensure that they are able to read and understand technical procedure manuals effectively and thus improve efficiency in the workshop.
