QC department: End products specifications as per in ASTM and BTSN standards, Performing sieve analysis, elongation, flakiness, water absorption, sand equivalent, aggregate impact, Los Angeles, soundness tests. 2. Production department: Crushing and shaping machines and crushing stages, Each crushing machine TPH , plant TPH, how to select proper crushing machines settings depends on the required aggregates sizes, parts for each crushing machine depends on the end product sizes needs, how to select the proper screen meshes sizes depends on quantities ratio needed, how to produce different sizes of aggregates and sand and different plant technical information as motors ratings, gears sizes, conveyor belts length and drums diameters and more.3. Mechanical maintenance department: major spare parts for machines and conveyor belts used in the plant, how to replace these parts, daily spare parts expenses, preventative maintenance schedules.5. Electrical department: How the loads are distributed on the plant, motors ratings and connection methods (star, delta, star-delta, soft-starter), LV panels protection and control components, VFD settings, motors rewiring procedures, electrical maintenance procedures, scheduling preventive maintenance, and solar system including solar panels, inverters, transformer, capacitor banks, and SVG.
