• Perform BMS-Testing and Commissioning for Mechanical systems (AHU, MAU, FCU, VAV, Chilled water system, Hot water system, Fuel-Transfer Pump, Water circulation pump, Exhaust Fans, Supply Air Fans, Smoke Exhaust Fan, Pressurization Fans, VRV systems). • Perform BMS-Testing and Commissioning for Electrical systems (MDB, SMDB, MCC, VFD Panels).• Integration of third-party systems.• Provide Leadership, coaching and technical assistance to the co-team members & site technicians to get the work done effectively.• Prepare for RFI, As-built I/O list for inspections and ensure the tests are performed as per the approved procedures.• Assist in preparing DDC panel logic as per requirement.• Prepare schedule, periodic progress reports formatted by detailing, Execution of planned task and submit to the Project Manager. • Oversee budgetary , scheduling and report regularly to project manager on progress as well as problems that could significantly affect cost and schedule.• Resolve engineering issues or escalates them to the concerned personalities.

• Complete HVAC, water supply and drainage installation & modification, along with sanitary fixtures selection & pressure testing for the system.• Plan and perform engineering work necessary to meet the standards and requirements.• Prepare and update technical specification and standard drawing in coordination with other discipline and assist in resolving clashes and conflicts between services.• Prepare proposals for design work including scope of work, costs estimations for man power & materials.• Process submittals requests during the construction and address RFI’s.• Participate in team meetings and meetings with clients for design review, progress review & coordination meetings.• Ensure that Client’s instructions, requests/comments on the documentation are transmitted without delays, to all concerned parties.• Provide technical & professional assistance during pre-biding and construction phase.• Train & monitor performance of lower-level personnel.• Perform prior field inspections & internal site tests.• Issuing Purchase orders.• Verify the delivery notes and items delivered are as per the project specifications. • Conduct workshops for the site teams about safety procedures.

• Design & Installation of Mechanical systems (Ducting, Plumbing).• Responsible for material take off for HVAC and Plumbing systems.• Responsible for installation and termination of BMS control panels and associated field devices (sensors, actuators).• Verification of MEP drawings and update required changes & Assist the CAD team for As-built Drawings.• Preparation of submittal documents.• Coordinate with another engineering discipline and all aspects during development of work to ensure confirmation of design according to the requirement.• Perform inspections in accordance with the plan and review inspection reports.• Provide clear and complete handover to the project end user.
