Cart model was introduced in getting a bundle of products for better customer experience. 100% adoption was achieved in ~1 month by ~ 15000 agents working on the field. This app resulted in atleast 30% revenue increase across the Health LOB.• Launched an Agent onboarding app with paperless onboarding process with quicker TAT and reducing Operational dependency by nearly 80%.• Automated few internal processes with the help of RPA team in improving operational efficiency by 30%. Framework is built which can now easily automate many processes in quicker time thus operational dependency can be minimised.• Reduced partner channel operational costs by 70% through Robotic Process Automation and API integration.• Built a rule engine which processes lakhs of data and exposed an API to provide the results within ~ 1 second thus improving customer experience.• Guided key stakeholders via extensive product documentation, demos and walkthroughs to ensure 100% operational readiness.

• Bankbazaar.com is a successful Fintech website helping the customers to access the right financial product• My responsibility was to initiate and drive framework projects contributing to Organization Efficiency.• Owned user research, problem discovery, solution design, roadmap, user story backlog and execution for Marketplace Integration platform — engaged with users, engineering, business and partner teams to identify product opportunities aligned with business goals.• Launched industry-first, presence-less instant credit issuance products on BankBazaar with multiple financial institutions by integrating identity verification, e-KYC, e-Sign, e-NACH and real-time payment APIs thus reducing operational efficiency with quicker TAT for customers.
