Load Controller And Flight Operation Officer
Current-Certified load controller for various Airlines for various aircraft types.-Coordinate and oversee all flight operations activities, ensuring compliance with airline operating procedures, safety standards, and aviation regulations.-Monitor and manage flight schedules, crew assignments, and aircraft movements to ensure efficient and on-time operations.Liaise with internal departments (crew scheduling, maintenance, ground operations) and external partners (airport authorities, air traffic control) to facilitate smooth flight operations.-Review flight plans, weather reports, and NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) to provide pilots with accurate and timely information.-Ensure all operational documentation and communication are maintained and distributed correctly.-Implement and enforce safety and security protocols, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.-Provide support during irregular operations (delays, diversions) by coordinating recovery plans and communicating with relevant stake holders.-Utilize flight operations software and tools to track and report on operational performance metrics.
