-> Lead data integration for HR projects i.e company consolidation, SAP implementation, benefits harmonization, Payroll integration & Spin offs.-> Responsible for HR Data Quality & data standards for Asia Pacific countries & US.-> Creation and Implementation of Global Data standards for Key PeopleSoft Data fields.-> Provide training , consultation support for HR Community on PeopleSoft & Global HR data standards.-> Responsible for Data quality audits in PeopleSoft-> Support Mergers & Acquisitions by implementing/integrating HR Data into HR systems

-> Responsible for maintaining/ updating accurate HR data information for Executives in PeopleSoft-> Responsible for maintaining/creating base data tables in PeopleSoft ( ex ; work schedules, Departments, compensation codes etc) -> Responsible for HR Data audits for Asia Pacific countries -> Support and handle reorganizations-> Provide Support to Data managers during HR Projects related to HR Data -> Provide Training's to new HR Generalist on functionality of PeopleSoft and other HR systems.

-> Responsible for Delivering the service of HR Data Administration in PeopleSoft as per global data standards with performance meeting the SLA for APAC , US & Canada regions - > Responsible for performing Mass load updates in PeopleSoft-> Training New team members on Siebel, PeopleSoft data entry rules & mass loads ( end to end process)-> Audit service requests processed by new team members to ensure 100% quality work & error free.
