Handling Mega Gateway Operations

Looking after entire Haryana state logistics operations which include first mile, mid mile and last mile operations

My responsibilities include taking care entire warehouse operations , measure KPI and performance metrics , maintain dispatch TAT , and to ensure followed SOP with 3PL partners , also take care commercial part with FC partners

• Managing pan India logistics operations of market place model.• Managing 5000 plus orders pick up from 400 plus sellers locations and arranging pan India deliveries through 3PL logistics partners.• Expertise in route network planning, load optimization and scheduling for Delhi/NCR distribution.• Service providers billing / payment / and COD Reconciliation with commercial department/ NDC closure. • Optimization of cost and establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery SLA, and contracts with the service providers.• Planning and monitoring of RTO and customers reverse pick up on Time.• Accountable for ensuring SOPs and KPI are followed and reviewed.• Drive the efficiency throughout the logistics processes by identifying gaps / scalability challenges through implementation of new processes & procedures. • Key focus Areas : Monitoring vendor pickups, Timely dispatches , monitoring TAT of deliveries and closure , minimise the RTO % , monitoring courier partner performance , per order cost , reverse pick up planning , monthly review with 3PL partners etc

• Managing pan India Warehouse Dispatch & Distribution operations with handling team of 40 people• Procurement Planning with Making PO, GRN for consumable material. • Coordination with customers to ensure proper pickup and reverse pick up on Time.• Planning the capacity and efficiency of Manpower & Infrastructure based on projections. • Identify and resolve issues with purchasing and inventory planning teams. • Assign projects and supervise new Market Place activities • Recruitment and Training for new positions in dispatch team. Providing vision to the team and keeping them motivated on routine basis.• Preparing & mailing all the reports which are asked by the corporate SCM for its smooth functioning.• Accountable for ensuring SOPs and KPI are followed and reviewed.• Deftly providing assistance in developing and implementing new & innovative strategies to meet targeted business goal.

• Looking after the operations of Cold chain and Records Management services on a pan India basis.• Distribution planning for cold chain vehicles with customers according with demand & supply..• Coordination with customers to ensure proper pickup and retrieval on Time.• Generating MIS reports with key details & visual board updation & submitting it to higher officials for review. • Expertise in effective MIS preparation regarding the day to day fleet operations and following up for enhancing the vehicle utilization.• & also to streamline material management, Cost Savings, Vendor Quality Assurance operations for facilitating the decision making process and liaison with Management
