I'm CAE - (Mold flow Simulation) Engineerwith more than 4 years of Experience in Automotive Lightning Field .Where i could Create finite element models for Automotive Lamps , Mirror , Chasis plastic parts by using preprocessor tool & adopting with in it to achieve quality mesh.Conduct Injection Molding Simulations (cool+Fill+Pack+Warp) sequences in Autodesk Mold flow Synergy with various molding types as(THERMOPLASTICS ,THERMOSETTING , SEQUENCE , 2 SHOT MOLDING , 3 SHOT MOLDING , INSERT MOLDING , SLOW MOLDING & REACTIVE MOLDING)Also, I Optimize cycle time, Gate location, V/P pressure , Packaging pressure and Packaging Time and also solving various part defects like Flash, Air trap , Weld Line , Sink Mark. , Pressure NG, Cavity pressure improvement , Short Shot,etc..Suggesting designers to Achieve good part quality , Interpreting the results , Preparing every week reports and the final Simulation documents and reporting results.Preprocessing Tools: Hyper Mesh , Simlab.Conducting Simulation: Autodesk Mold flow Synergy.Solver : Autodesk Mold flow Insight.
