- Experience of Installation & Commissioning of MEP Systems, such as Pumps, Chillers, FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, Ducting and Piping work, Ventilation Systems and BMS Controls related to HVAC and FIRE FIGHTING.- Reviewing of IFC, RCP, Shop and AS-BUILT drawings against project specifications for MEP.-Preparing an effective commissioning strategy for technicians to test, adjust and balance HVAC systems to ensure CONSULTANT specifications are met.-Acquired ‘Hands-On’ experience involving the use of calibrated instruments and executing TAB work (Air and Water testing and balancing).- Actively implementing the commissioning management process involving works testing by reviewing design drawings for commission ability, formulating and implementing commissioning programs, attending commissioning meetings to coordinate commissioning works of MEP disciplines and compiling MEP test packages using equipment schedules, and manufacturers data.- Managing on-site Witnessing Sessions attended by Client, Consultant and Contractors to demonstrate test results and optimum systems performance to satisfy all parties involved.- Supervision and inspection of installation, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC equipment, to ensure systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with the specification and CIBSE/BISRIA commissioning codes.- Coordinate the planning by formulating, editing and implementing a viable commissioning program with milestones as agreed by all commissioning team members.- Review MEP submittals to ensure all information is in accordance with Design Intent and Owner’s Project Requirements.- Designing heat load/Fresh Air / Pressure / and other related calculations and designing ducting, Piping accordingly via McQuay, HAP and AutoCAD. - Reviewing Cause&Effect matrix against civil defense requirements and project specifications.

I worked for U-Bora Office Tower project through Farnek Services LLC, which opened wide door of opportunities to aquire the knowledge on MEP facilities management, utilized this opportunity every possible ways. HVAC - U-Bora Tower is cooled with District Cooling system, which includes Primary & Territory Pumps with 16 Bar chilled water pressures, network includes FAHU, AHUs and FCUs. AHUs are enabled with VAVs which controlled through VFDs depends on static pressures, All these equipments are periodically serviced as per PPM schedules & procedures.Electrical - Electrical circuit includes LV, MCC, SMDB, DB, ATS, & ELV Circuits, conducting periodically PPM such as Function test, Live test to ensure proper operations with high end instruments such as Thermal image camera, Megger, etc. documenting readings proper manner. Plumbing - Conducting PPM Domestic, Booster, and Sump pumps, frequent checking of Domestic, Rain and Storm water circuits ensure proper operations, conducting pressure test and flow tests, Fire Fighting - Checking all Fire Fighting equipments such as Electric Pump, Deisel Pump, Jockey pumps PRV Stations, Sprinkler and Zone Control valves, conducting proactive tests with respective sub contactors. Fire Alarm - Checking operations of Fire Alarm panels, Repeater panels, and divices such as Smoke Detectors, Break Glasses, Sounders, Flashers, etc. Coordinating with Civil Defense team in case of emergency, dealing with FA subcontractors.BMS - Operating Building Management Systems which includes, HVAC, Lighting Controls etc, reparing and replacing Pressure, Flow, and temperature sensors, etc, Checking proper operations of DDC panels.Central Battery - Frequently checking and conducting Function Tests to ensure proper operations and replacing devices if required.Access & Barrier Control - U-Bora Tower was enabled high tech access control systems track project safety and smooth operations. Others - Checking operations of Elevators, CCTV,
