   General ledger operations – Monitor all types of overheads booking in proper GL and cost centre.Verification and processing of vendor invoices, follow-up with various departments for timely submission of invoices, manage document and ensure timely and correct payments.Manage the accurate and timely processing of invoices and reimbursements, as per agreement/contract, PO, company policies and guidelines.Manage travel reimbursement – Travel advance process, verify and process the claims as per policy, prepare staff advance ageing twice in a month, control staff advance & advance recovery. Bank related activities -Manage Bank payments and advances towards vendors and employees twice in a week.Payments and advances made through NEFT, RTGS, DD & Cheque.Proper maker and checker activities before process the payments, co ordinate with bank regarding all kind of payment issues.Prepare bank reconciliation statement twice in a month & pass bank charges entries in our books. Reports/Other Activities–Assist to preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss schedule in monthly basis for maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. Reconcile all vendor and employee accounts & Balance Sheet Substantiation on monthly basis.Prepare of Sales & Purchases report as-per the management requirement. Handover the report their departments.Prepare of different types of expense schedules, reports for internal and external audit.Prepare prepaid expense schedule for audit purpose.Manage the trial balance as like sundry creditors, debtors & staff advance Keeping all records of Fixed Assets for depreciation calculation.
